What we store on your device

In My Care is an installable web app. It stores a small amount of information on your device so that it can work.

Strictly necessary

• Your sign-in session, so you stay signed in.
• Offline entries you record while you have no connection, until they sync.
• Your cookie preference itself.

These cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in.

Functional

• Interface preferences, such as the last screen you were on.

Analytics

Analytics is off unless you switch it on in Settings. Where you do enable it, it is limited to the allowlist below and no third-party advertising network receives anything.

If analytics is enabled, it is limited to an allowlist of privacy-safe events such as "screen opened", "feature used", "upload completed" and "generic error occurred". Names, diagnoses, medication names, message content, observation text, file names, document numbers, email addresses and health readings are never sent.

Marketing

We do not use advertising trackers or marketing pixels.

Session replay

We do not run session replay on health, document, chat or care-note screens.

Changing your choice

You can change your preferences at any time from Settings.
