Community Rules

These rules apply to family chat and to Moments.

1. Be respectful. These spaces are shared by family members who are all trying to help.
2. Keep it relevant. Share updates, photographs and notes that belong in the care record.
3. Protect the dignity and privacy of the person being cared for. Think before posting images or details they would not want shared.
4. Do not forward private information outside the care circle.
5. Do not upload images, recordings or documents without authority.
6. Do not use chat for emergencies. Contact the appropriate emergency service instead.
7. Do not give unqualified medical instructions. Record what a professional advised, and who advised it.
8. Correct inaccurate care information through the proper record, not by arguing in chat.
9. Report concerning content or access using the report controls.
10. Coordinators may moderate content in their care circle.
11. Serious or repeated misuse may result in access being removed.
